International Week at Royal Dutch Visio
Registration for International Week is now open!
Royal Dutch Visio is working for blind and visually impaired persons for over 200 years. Visio is active in all fields of care and support for visually impaired people, namely education, rehabilitation and care, day care and living facilities. We would like to share our knowledge, expertise and innovative ideas with our partners around the world. We therefore welcome you as our guest in the spring of next year.
We are currently preparing an interesting, interactive and broad programme that has something to offer for every participant. Of course we would also like to hear about your ideas and good practices. The programme will leave enough room for this too. In any case the programme will contain topics such as: CVI, Early intervention, education, acquired brain injury, MDVI, adult rehabilitation, low vision assessment and many more.
We will make sure there will be plenty of opportunity for sharing and networking with Visio staff and other participants. We hope you are just as excited as we are and hope that you will register now via the link below!
We will follow the principle of first come, first served. The registration will be open until the maximum number has been reached with a deadline of 15 December 2019. More than two registrations per organisation can only be honoured when the maximum number is not reached on the 15th of December.
Participants have to book their own flights to the Netherlands and have to cover their own expenses for accommodation and traveling in the Netherlands. Preferred arrival date is: Sunday 10 May 2020 and departure date: Saturday 16 May 2020. More information is available in the registration form.
Estimated other costs (besides accommodation) per participant:
- Dinners: 30€ per person a day (one dinner will be hosted by Visio)
- Public transport: 20€ per person a day
- Other private expenses
The working language of the International Week will be English.
